<p>光纤旋转接头（FORJ）提供单通道和多通道两种类型。尺寸较小以及最具有成本效益的是单通道滑环，如果系统中存在两根及两根以上的光纤，可以使用多路复用的解决方案将多个通道组合到一根光纤上。</p>
<p>如果需要两根以上的光纤，驰宏提供025、038、073、125四种系列外形尺寸，还可以根据客户具体要求进行定制。这些设计通过堆叠单通道模块来实现所需的通道数。</p>
<p>单模或多模光纤旋转</p>
<p>单模光纤由于其纤芯尺寸小、数值孔径小，允许单模光能传播，因此在 1,310 nm 至 1,550 nm 的波长范围内具有非常高的带宽。由于纤芯尺寸和数值孔径较小，单模 FORJ 必须采用非常精确的机械对准设计。对准要求取决于 FORJ 的工作波长。标准单模 FORJ 的工作波长为 1,310 nm 和 1,550 nm。这些光纤滑环在 1,270 nm 至 1,650 nm 之间的其他波长下使用时，或许也能达到相同的性能规格。</p>
<p>多模光纤具有较大的纤芯和数值孔径，允许多种模式的光能传播。这些特性允许从LED和VCSEL等光源传输更大量的光，但会导致更高的衰减和色散。由于这些衰减和色散特性，多模光纤系统通常用于较短的数据通信链路。大多数多模系统工作在850 nm和1300 nm波长。</p>

<p>驰宏科技不断加码高端制造与技术研发。<br />
摩擦副中导电铜环以H62作为基底，表面镀层由我司与研究所联合研发，经过多次改良，形成独有的电镀工艺，具有高耐磨性、长寿命的特点。摩擦副的刷丝采用多元素合金，各元素的添加和配比进行试验验证，形成独有的合金。<br />
在射频滑环的设计与生产中采用仿真优化技术、旋转耦合技术。在光纤滑环的设计与生产中采用光电转换技术。<br />
为了确定摩擦副的最佳接触压力，我们自行设计了一套接触压力试验台，通过改变砝码重量，调整摩擦副的压力，确定了能保证电接触副技术性能的最佳接触压力。</p>
